    oh my, i resonate with this? I'm 5'3" and i have been trying to lose some fat for the last month and i don't notice any change at all. Maybe a month is too soon to tell a difference, but I'm glad I came across your video because i see this as a sign to not give up. :)

    What if you like running 5Ks (with the occasional 10K)? As much as l love a good walk, I do need to keep up my stamina for those races😅 (for context I do 1-2 a year, sometimes 3)

    Look up the benefits of trampoline workouts v. running, walking, or the elliptical. You'll be surprised to find out that it does almosy 3x's the work in half the time it takes with any other exercise.

    I am training to run a 5k because I am going to coach some girls! I felt like I needed to be able to do it too if I’m training them to do it. I train twice a week only so as to keep my cortisol levels down. I’m 4’10 and I’m still struggling with trying to keep my body fat % down. Is there a way to continue training without gaining so much weight back?

    Hi! You mentioned that a possible target for fiber is 33g, so would this mean the carb target would be 33g of carbs? I want be sure I understand since 33g of carbs seems pretty low.

    Research suggests that every pound of muscle is more likely to burn about 6 calories per day. As far as metabolism is concerned, you'd need to have LOADS of muscle for it to make any difference to your metabolism. Mostly the difference will be negligible.

    I'm going to try to ask this as respectfully as possible. Why are there so many immodest "look at my glutes in the thong shaped leggings videos?" Truthfully, I would love to see someone show proper form without the distracting/ attention seeking fabric choices. I feel very exasperated that such a thing seems not to exist in America. Only in Japan, I guess?
